🌟 Hyperlink is our invitation to all imaginative individuals in the region to showcase their skills, unleash their creativity, and engage in a 48-hour creativity battle that connects multiple cultural locations across the city. With the values of creativity, innovation, and technology at its core, Hyperlink will turn Enschede’s dream of being the capital of creativity, technology, and innovation into a reality!
in 2020 we organized the first edition of WARP Jam. Within 3 weeks we connected over 150 people who participated in a non-stop 48-hour creativity battle, putting their talent on display with the goal of collectively proving the unmissable value creative-technology breeding ground WARP Technopolis brings to a city like Enschede. ⚡ In 2021 we got the opportunity from Sickhouse to host the second edition as part of the Overkill Festival!
The mission of the first WARP Jam has been successfully achieved, and it’s time to level up. 🚀 In 2023, we’ll broaden our horizons as Hyperlink goes go city-wide. Let’s show the world the creative power Enschede has to offer!
📍 The creative spaces of Enschede play a crucial role in fostering and nourishing talent. We want to collaborate with as many cultural partners as possible, opening up satellite locations all across Enschede. 📢From well-established and well-known cultural venues to experimental and underground hot spots, we’ll put equal attention into each space to help make them more accessible and visible to a wider audience.
Participants and spectators will embark on a creative journey like no other. They will be able to visit and participates in hotspots of creative thinking, making, and living, all across the city, and therefore can access the tools and knowledge they need to unleash their creativity and make even bigger creative projects!

Supporters gezocht!

Wat een mooi initiatief; Oost Nederlandse electronische muzikanten op kaart zetten door samen een vinyl plaat uit te brengen. Ze kunnen daar wel wat financiële ondersteuning bij gebruiken.

Tymen Sliuzas uit Enschede is Fentom, muzikant/producer van electronische muziek. In 2019 deed hij mee aan Nieuwe Electronische Waar, een talent ontwikkelings programma dat producers uit Oost-Nederland ondersteund met kennis en een netwerk. Tijdens het meedoen aan dit programma viel hem op hoe goed de andere electronische muzikanten waren: “Er is eigenlijk geen verschil in kwaliteit te horen met muziek uit andere delen van het land, of zelfs internationaal. Het probleem is dat het moeilijk is om er buiten de regio aandacht voor te krijgen.”

Fentom besloot 7 nummers van collega muzikanten -zes uit Enschede, een uit Deventer- te verzamelen en uit te brengen op een vinyl plaat. Met als doel om hem te verspreiden onder platenlabels, DJ’s, media en organisatoren, en op die manier meer aandacht te krijgen voor de muziek die in het Oosten van Nederland wordt gemaakt. De plaat wordt uitgebracht op het Enschedese label SoundUnbound Recordings, en krijgt steun van Music Support Overijssel.
Ondertussen zijn de nummers opgenomen en worden de platen geperst, maar daarna zit er nog een groot gat in de begroting: De verpak- en verzendkosten. Want om de pakketten met platen te kunnen verzenden is veel geld nodig. Daarom organiseren we een crowdfunding via voordekunst.nl. Wil je het project ondersteunen, dan kun je daar terecht om de plaat alvast te kopen, de artiesten te boeken voor een DJ-set of door gewoon geld te geven.
De 7 artiesten op de plaat zijn: Fentom , HGHR LVLS, Bastian Benjamin, Nerds With Acid, |grens|, Odaira en Oosterse Lach.
